Asia-Pacific Finance and Development Center (AFDC)，headquartered in Shanghai, is a public institution directly under the administration of the Ministry of Finance, China. Approved by the Ministry of Finance of China in May of 2007, AFDC restructured its headquarter set-up with five departments: General Affairs Department, Institute of Finance, Project Management Unit One, Project Management Unit Two, Publicity Department. For its Beijing office, there are General Affairs Department, Research Department and External Relations Department.
